Hansen's Auto Service Center

I’ve used Hansen’s for almost the entire time I’ve been in Madison and they’ve been nothing but extremely kind, expert, and fair. They’re always willing to provide advice without any upselling, and have multiple times told me to go to my local dealership to get something done instead of them doing it, as it would be covered under warranty at the dealer.

We were told we needed a full brake job and new tires. After getting a second opinion from Hansens, it turns out this isn’t quite the urgent need we were told it was. I am grateful for the honesty and transparency! When we do need this work done, I’ll be returning to Hansens!

Traveling through Madison and had car troubles so I stopped in and talked with Tyler, he determined my water pump went out but couldn’t fit us in as they were already swamped but he went above and beyond and called 3 different shops to try to get me in and back on the road asap. Very helpful and nice guy! Highly recommend!!

I wasn't 100% if I needed a new battery or a new alternator, explained the situation to the front desk that i wasn't able to jump my car so i didn't know. They we're pretty fair pricing for service done and kept me updated about my vehicle. When I came to pick up my car i did appreciate that they we're informative on why it might have not worked when I tried to jump it. Would come back and would recommend.

I moved to Madison 13 years ago and took my truck to Hansen's to get an oil change. John told me the oil was fine and I didn't need one. That was when I knew I found the right place. I've never felt pressured, the work has always been great, and everyone I've sent to Hansen's has been happy too. Great, honest folks with a top-notch staff. As long as I live in Madison (and they are open), I'll be paying them a visit when my car/truck needs it.
